July 2024A great place for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and made a huge effort for an outdoor evening of football watching too. Had a good meal at a fantastic price too. 5* from us & thanks to the team at the Ship Inn.

August 2024Brilliant pub - friendly staff clean and great setting slightly overpriced food but it is good quality & you’re paying for the view. £4.50 for small bowl of chips but they were great! Bar staff that can actually pour a decent pint as well 👏 Just leave that cold one there ❤️

September 2024Only stayed for a quick drink and a bowl of chips, but found the pub to be very pleasant and in a beautiful setting, even though it was pretty grey and gloomy on the day we visited. Hope to go back and stay for longer very soon!

September 2024Lovely pub by the water. Large outdoor seating area which is great for sunny days and it also has a tented area to the side. The sandwiches are nice and they’re not shy on the fillings. Definitely worth a visit if you’re local.

August 2024Beautiful boozer, looks like you can hire the upstairs restaurant for wedding which I reckon would make for a nice intimate affair. Pubs lovely, grubs decent, Fish n Chips was a good pub fish n chips. Staff were VERY hospitable. Kudos to the manager and his team there. Allowed us campers to overnight in the car park so big thanks guys.
