Our approach to events at Pylewell is completely bespoke and you won’t find any set rules, packages, or rulebooks here. Most things are possible and our professional and fun- loving team love a challenge. From rib charter, team- building exercises, conferences, gala dinners with fun and flexible catering, and luxury bedrooms on site we have little black book of fabulous suppliers to cater for your every requirement. We work with you to ensure your ideas become a reality.

Pylewell House boasts 13 quirky bedrooms and also a 3-bedroom penthouse, each of our bedrooms are unique in style and all utterly fabulous in their own way, yet equally as comfortable!

We offer full exclusivity of the venue, which includes the following spaces;

The Grounds, will full access to all our outdoor space, from the beach to the woodlands, there are endless possibilities for activities.

The Drawing Room, with Solent views is the perfect place to host a fabulous drinks reception, product launch or showcase, formal dinner, activity or meeting.

The Dining Room, this room oozes character and charm and is the adjoining room to the Drawing Room, the perfect intimate space for a small dinner party or meeting, breakout space or to be used alongside the drawing room.

The Pavilion is a swanky blank canvas with floor to ceiling windows providing views across the estate and down over the Solent. It’s ideally suited to large conferences, gala dinners, awards nights, activities and events.
