Situated in the historic 12th century market town of Grantham, this hotel was originally a gentleman's residence and Hunting Lodge. Eden House Hotel is being elegantly refurbished to provide modern facilities whilst keeping its original character. The hotel has 21 spacious en-suite bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor to suit all our guests' needs. Grantham is close to many local attractions such as Belvoir Castle, Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor. Less than 3 miles from the A1 on the main London to Edinburgh train route, Eden House Hotel is centrally placed in the town of Grantham with ample free off road parking and free wi fi in public areas.
Our Largest Function room, brightly lit, with projector and screen build in. This rooms can seat 100 people and is great for large meetings, parties, and weddings.

January 2018Messed up a group Christmas meal, booked several months in advance. Food was passable but definitely a downgrade from our meal earlier in the year (they've changed management). Staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating for our more disabled members. Maybe it was just the Christmas rush, so I will recommend but tentatively.

June 2019After seeing some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent, very helpful and the breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Yes the room was a little tired but it was very clean and for the price I felt excellent value for money. I would have no issue spending another break at this hotel. It was also within easy walking distance of the town which was also a bonus. Well dine Eden House Hotel
