August 2024My daughter booked the wedding package. We couldn't have asked for a better venue the staff were exceptional, from the reception team to Sian the wedding planner. Due to my both daughters (bride and chief bridesmade) having seizures the morning of the wedding everyone was panicking but not the staff, thier supper cool can do attitude made the whole day day go exceptionally well. I have been to many formal events during my time in the forces but I had not tasted food as good as the chef and his team treated us during the day and the superb buffet on the evening. Thankyou for turning the whole stressful experience into a memorable one.

July 2024Uncomfortable bedding. Hand-held shower. Very low ceiling had to bend down while walking around the room. Im only 5ft 4". Husband 5 ft 9" and banged his head twice. Uneven floor and claustrophobic. Not a relaxing night away atall. Did not stay in the room any longer than too. Paidcamost £100. Worse stay and room ever. Bar staff had private conversation and hid behind the back when we approached the bar and did not acknowledge us, so we went to a nearby pub. There was a wedding on and feel the Wedding guest got priority.
