Hotel is amazing inside and the room was possibly one of the best I’ve stayed in. Had a friendly staff member named Jordan check us in and gave us complementary drinks. Room was state of the art and made for a good point to relax after a long day out. If there was one thing to say was I was never able to contact reception or kitchen whenever I tried to ring from hotel room no answer.

Stayed here for two nights the shower and toilet situation is a little strange. Takes a look at the photos of how they are situated. They are both small glass boxes with out any privacy when you walk out of the "stall". No desk if you are wanting to work on a computer or anywhere to sit other than your bed and a small stool. It was nice to have a bed that adjusts to sit up in but would have much rather wanted a separate bath room so lights not have to be turned on in the room. Also there were no wash cloths so that was something I was not a fan of. We did not have a car here but everything that was interesting was walking distance. Coming from the airport it is not a far walk to the bus that services the airport. Walking with luggage was not an issue for us. I would recommend staying here for more nights as long as you are ok with no wash cloths and lack of a bathroom separate with a door.

The staff was gracious and helpful at every point of contact except one. Special thanks to Mr. Porter in charge of food services for his help. Location was good. For sites I didn't want to walk to the average cab fair was 8 BPS. Being of a certain age, I would have been more comfortable with a grab bar in the shower and overhead a man complain over breakfast about having fallen in the shower. Also, I would have preferred a restaurant in the evening which served a bit more diverse menu than bar food. Overall value was ok for the price.

Location is good however the bed in the premium rooms is a electric folding up sofa style and down, the mattress is a futon which is not comfortable to sleep on! For the money and little bit of space it saves when in the up mode I would sooner have a proper bed.

Look, this isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel by the definition. It is a good hotel in a nice location and for the price, it is a value option. Pros: It is clean and quiet. The staff was helpful (mostly) and it is located in a walkable neighborhood that has food and shopping. It isn’t as close to some of the attractions as other hotels but it is close enough to walk. And it was easy to catch a cab. Cons: Simple maintenance fixes are needed. An elevator was down the entire week we were there. The refrigerator in our room was broken and the clerk indicated it had been for a while. There isn’t a place to put a rental car that is close - the nearest was St. James Car Park which is half a mile away.
