January 2025Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Quick check-in and check-out. Well located. It’s good for a quick 1-2 night stay if you’re solo traveling or as a couple. If you’re driving you will need to know the parking rules around town before you park anywhere because the hotel doesn’t have parking by itself but give you a discount to park at an NCP 10-15 min walk away (plan ahead if you want to bring luggage and keep that in mind if you need to drive to the airport and catch a plane).

February 2025My stay at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful! The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options. The location is perfect—close to everything, making it easy to walk anywhere in the city. The staff has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist me with recommendations on places to visit and how to get around. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

January 2025Stayed here for a night with my daughters as my family were over from Canada. Overall we had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Away from the noise of Princes Street but close enough to walk to most things in reasonable times. Rooms were very good. Very clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was simple. There is a self service check in/out which I used. Everything was easy. I didn't have any interaction with the reception staff (to be honest, I didn't have any need to) but the staff in the bar were great. All in all, a great choice for a stay in Edinburgh. Will certainly look to use it again.

April 2025This was a lovely hotel. The interior in the rooms was really different like a cabin on a ship. They were very clean. Had a gym in the hotel aswell. It was close to the town centre only a 5 - 10 minute walk. My only negative point would be there wasn't tea & coffee making facilities in the room, although you could go down to the bar area & get free tea & coffee from a machine. I would recommend staying here.
