Fabulous. Just checked out of the Hotel and felt compelled to leave a review for this wonderful hotel. Each and every member of the team from arrival to check out were brilliant. From the front of house, concierge, hospitality and housekeeping staff & services, nothing was out of place. A friendly, welcoming and glamorous hotel. We cannot wait to return.

This is a lovely building and it's obviously being maintained really well by the Hilton group. The experience is absolutely 5 star, always seemed like there was someone wanting to help with anything and everything. The room was very nice and cleaning was spot on every day. Food both at breakfast and in the restaurant was really top tier.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location in the centre of Edinburgh. The service is exceptional, the rooms are quiet, comfortable and beautiful. Just a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in a queen room with a wonderful view of the castle, which looked especially fabulous in the evening. The bars and restaurants are classy without being stuffy, with superb food and drinks, and the staff are so welcoming and attentive it makes for a wonderful experience all round.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed in room 70. It was small but we were there to just sleep. Nathan and Stewart at the concierge we wonderful. They help us book a car and gave us awesome recommendations. Our flight home ended up getting cancelled! 😡 So we had to get accommodations and since it was such a early flight we called the hotel. They ended up allowing us to get right back into the room and stay the night. It was first class knowing we were in a jam. The breakfast each morning was good and the coffee was great! We had dinner one evening in the court and it was wonderful too. Overall A +! Thanks again Nathan and Stewart. Yes I know the car has lights to drive at night.

We stayed twice at this hotel within one week and left another booking early to return to their wonderful service and amenities. One room was fabulously large and spacious, the second with a castle view and chocolate!!! Between the rooms, the hotel/bar/reception staff, the service, the breakfast, the room service, and the location we were obsessed. Would absolutely love to stay again. Even the gym was fabulous (although a little warm). Highly recommend this hotel and everything that comes with it. 11/10 ❤️
