We spent 3 nights here. We were able to walk to most starting locations easily. It is nestled in a quiet area of a busy downtown Edinburgh which was enjoyable. The rooms were great and the food was delicious. Service was outstanding. Jack was our Concierge stop and say hello. Thanks for all your help Jack.

We stayed at the Ten Hill Place Hotel for two nights for a city break to Edinburgh. The hotel is absolutely lovely, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating for us. The hotel is also really close to all the typical must-see tourist attractions. We were able to visit everything we wanted to by walking without any fuss. It’s a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, 5 minute walk from the Royal-Mile and the National Museum - which was a lovely visit. We also added one morning of breakfast at the hotel upon arrival which was only £15 per person and was delicious. Our stay was very nice and if we were to return would most definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our recent stay at 10 Hill Place. Our “superior” room was spacious, comfortable, and had nice amenities. The restaurant was excellent, the bartenders in the lounge were great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was off the noisiest streets but had great access to many landmarks, including the Royal Mile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Edinburgh.

As a local in the neighborhood I like to drop in for a tipple or a hot chocolate. On this occasion I met with a friend who often stays at the Hotel. We enjoyed pleasant conversation in a relaxed, stylish and comfortable lounge area...and as a bonus I was introduced to a lovely reception area member of staff from the Czech Republic. The bar staff were also engaging and friendly and Louis was a gentleman in bringing my order to where my friend and I were sitting. The relaxed music and Christmas trees added to the ambience. It became difficult to leave. I am more than happy to recommend this first class establishment/hotel to one and all.

Well, what can we say? We stayed for three nights and were upgraded upon arrival by the lovely reception staff. Our room was absolutely 100% immaculate, lovely, and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and high-quality features throughout, with everything you needed. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, and we managed to walk to all the major sites of interest, with Arthur's Seat only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
