Cool place to grab a bite, or drinks or dessert or all of the above. Love the decor. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Prices are quite reasonable considering the amount of food you get and the quality of it. The good thing about cocktails is that if you go large, you get a free glass as a souvenir. Have been to hard rock cafe before in London and abroad, thought the Edinburgh one was great too. Our waitress Sonia was very nice too.

Fantastic food, fantastic service, and fantastic prices! The atmosphere is lovely, staff are amazing, and the food is to die for! Not too expensive either for it being central Edinburgh. Would definitely recommend for families and friends on a night out. This place was fantastic! BBQ Pulled pork burger in particular was amazing.

We came here hungry and a bit tired but we left stuffed and satisfied. The food is great and there is a good selection on the menu even for gluten free food! The noise in the restaurant got pretty loud after a while cause they turned up the music. We also got several different waiters during our serving and that was a bit confusing. But we were happy with the visit.

Visited Hard Rock Cafe last night for dinner after attending a comedy show at the Fringe. Have been to various Hard Rock Cafe's over the years, this one has been the most disappointing. We ordered two Kathmando Burgers but we replaced the meat with plant based burgers. The burgers were very bland and didn't live up to the description. When we received our bill it had a total of £112. odds? For two burgers and two red bulls, should have been £48 tops. On questioning the bill and it being corrected we noticed bill still wasn't right, we had been charged an extra £5 on top of our meal for swapping meat burgers for plant based. For the first time we removed the service charge. We didn't find the server very pleasant. Can't say I'll be back in a hurry to the Hard Rock Cafe as there are other restaurants that do a better burger with a better price. Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh doesn't have the same atmosphere as their American counterparts.
