Small room, but it was clean and all we needed. Pleasant people working the front desk throughout our stay. Conveniently located near Edinburgh castle but near a number of shops and restaurants.

Definitely not a 4 stars like they advertise maybe more like a 2ish-3 star, the rooms are ok not the cleanest but good, they didn't had extra blankets when we asked for one more to put in a window that didn't had black curtains and with the street light it felt like day light, it could be a little noisy been in the middle of the action but we didn't mind that, wifi in our room went down the last 2 days they tried to fixed it but didn't work, however the staff was very friendly, the location was unbeatable right on grassmarket and steps to the castle and the royal mile, but the breakfast at Biddy's took all the medals it was the best part of the stay. Overall it's a good place definitely worth it.
