Thanks for a lovely weekend, all the staff helpful. Food was good, would have loved to have seen porridge at breakfast. Swimming pool, very nice, tiles amazing. The 42 acre grounds, a lovely walk. Great all so close to London. Cheers Guys

My daughter, myself and 3 grandchildren stayed 2 nights at the hotel as it was well located for a visit to Harry Potter. The staff were excellent, friendly and so kind. The youngest child is autistic and we were so well looked after and made to feel very welcome. Samantha in the bar lounge was amazing with both us and the kids. Her kindness was so appreciated. Lovely hotel, amazing food, both at breakfast and our evening meal. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

I went there for my birthday, it was nice. The breakfast was really really good. The food is a bit pricey for what it gives. It was a waitress Samantha at the restaurant with a man i don’t know his name i just know he is from Greece, they made me a surprise and they bring me a cake on a big plate saying “happy birthday” very cute i did not expect that. Thank you! The room was nice and clean but you can smell something “like old smell” if that makes sense. I love that is pet friendly, is a huge field. The swimming pool looks good, but maybe it should be a little bit more clean. And it wasn’t that quite, there were some children on the hallway screaming and running around 9pm

Stayed as part of an event hosted at the hotel. Room comfortable and clean. Food was good, multiple options available at each meal time to choose from. Staff were very helpful and attentive, in particular George from the bar, he went above and beyond, lovely guy and fantastic service. Thank you!
