Just back from a 3 night stay. No complaints at all albeit very expensive but It does offer a lot of inclusive services. Room was spotless and well maintained, no creaking doors or floorboards. Staff were courteous. Swimming pools were spotless, hot tub was amazing. Plenty choice of restaurants. Nice little things like a pianist, a saxophone player and and an accordion band on Thursday night. Only slight moan was if your paying £45 for fillet steak, chips should be included not an extra fiver. Fantastic experience thanks

Had been here on a company off site. The rooms are decent size , week kept and clean. The views are clear and overall the environment is very relaxing. Food is scrumptious and flavorful... Although they can do better with some Indian options available as they don't seem very authentic and it may be better to not have them at all... Overall had a relaxing two days at the hotel, it is family and kid friendly and there's something for everyone to do and engage themselves with while at Crieff Hydro... 👍🏻😊

Firstly the hotel is very hard to get to, the website doesn't state it but you need to book your taxis to and from the train station about a week in advance. I loved the room I got, though it didn't have much airflow so got hot. Had an amazing time at the Riding Centre, the spa, and the Victorian Baths. I would say The Meikle restaurant is the best one on the grounds for sure. Though the dining chairs are a bit dirty and worn. Also, reserve tea at the Winter Garden as early as you can as that sells out fast.

Not as good as I remember it from 2 years ago. Rooms stiflingly hot with window open all day and night and fan on continuously. Grandsons loved Action Glen and there was always something on the menu they could enjoy. Young staff, as always, polite, attentive and well turned out. Just not as slick as before.

One week holiday for myself and my son in a room in the hotel on a B& B basis, been before but it would seem to have gone downhill somewhat. Not sure if you just drew the short straw but we must have had the worst room in the hotel - unbearably hot with no air con, tv not working, a view exclusively of a massive skylight that was over the main ballroom and that was the main issue - only way to try and cool the room was to have the windows open always, but because we were above the main ballroom the noise was ridiculous. It's not a cheap place to stay so I think it's fair to say we deserved a better standard of room than what we got - couple that with lunches/dinners being chargeable and all activities "Action Glen etc" also being pretty steep then it ended up probably being the most expensive holiday I've ever been on - certainly a lot more than the 10 days we spent in Cyprus last year and a top grade all inclusive resort. Biggest disappointment though was when I checked out (actually left a day early we were so fed up) and expressed my frustration on the room etc. the attitude of the staff was pretty poor. Live and learn I suppose
