Our venue features 20 private room hire rooms from £8 per person accommodating from 8 to 90+ guests per room. We also have a fully equipped lounge which can be used as a nightclub featuring 10 VIP booths and 11 VIP tables with a capacity of 400 seated and standing. All our private hire rooms come with karaoke systems, dedicated speakers, large screens, comfortable seating, party lighting, room service. Most also have their own en suite toilets. Each room has its own luxurious theme. Some rooms come with DJ connectivity. The venue is perfect for birthdays, stags, parties or just a get together. our rooms can also accommodate evening meetings. Unlike other karaoke venues who charge hourly we charge a flat booking fee dependent on the room type which includes free spending credit which can be used to order food and drinks. At around 19,000 sq ft, we are the largest karaoke venue in the UK and potentially Europe. Our systems are also new and state of the art. Clients can use karaoke via our own system or over our wifi via Youtube, apple music or Spotify. Most venues do not have this functionality. We also have a car park right next to our venue for convenience. As a testament to our service level we have an average google review rating of 4.9*. With many customers leaving positive extended reviews about their night. Although our domain is Players Entertainment, we also use players party rooms which provides more context.
Bookings are for 4 hours from the selected arrival time. Guests can bring their own food at no extra charge. Additional features include a 12 meter panoramic display, stage, large screens, Karaoke system, DJ connectivity, party lighting, complete room service, in-room ordering, 2 private toilets and dedicated sound systems. There is a wide range of connectivity options, including a karaoke system with Spotify and YouTube, gaming consoles, movies via HDMI, and more. Maximum capacity: Up to 50 - 100 guests dependant on configuration. Prices may also vary depending on configuration.

Cancellation policy
We offer a time-sensitive refund policy on all bookings made. To cancel, we prefer you to call us by telephone; cancellation requests left on a voicemail, email or messages on social media cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to cancel your booking, your room hire fee will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before your booked session’s start time. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your booked session’s start time, your room hire fee will not be refunded. Any subsequent payments made towards the booking (such as pre-ordered food and drinks packages) will be refunded in full.
