So happy to see that weddings are once again going to be taking place at Thornton Manor. It is one of the most beautiful Cheshire wedding venues and has so many great options for photos (especially the unusual locations...) it leaves me totally spoiled for choice. Excited to shoot here again!

Wish there was 0 for service to give. Stay virtually anywhere else, if you need to self check in, god forbid, after 5pm as there is zero customer service. And you might find yourself sat outside the property unable to get in for hours with no response. And then scramble to find another place to stay. We have not been given a code for self check in and the property owners were uncontactable. Their “emergency” phone was locked in their office - as I called I could hear it ringing inside a locked office. Booking made us jump through the hoops to get a refund from them, adding insult to injury. And this morning they had no common decency to even email to apologise, I guess ‘business as usual’? It is unacceptable way of treating customers - after you receive money you still owe to deliver service. I wish we read someone’s review before choosing this place.
