Wow!! What a beautiful hotel and spa this is. My daughter surprised me for my birthday. We have had the most amazing day. The staff could not do enough to help. Cream tea was delicious. The restaurant food was amazing. Spa, has everything and more, outside jacuzzi’s. These were just something else, sitting in beautiful sunshine overlooking the country side. We can’t wait to come back Visited on the 23/07/2024 Lynn & Shannon

Hotel was beautiful & our room was lovely! Very disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa till 3pm… we had a treatment booked for 3.15 so wasn’t any time left to use the spa as we were booked in for evening meal… apparently we could have used the spa a bit earlier if we paid an additional £20 per person which we thought was a bit discussing after paying £162 for a treatment… apparently they said this happens at other hotels but we’ve never had to pay extra for the spa… just be aware when you book this hotel 🤪

Treated with the highest respect from the moment we entered at reception. We were escorted to a table by a gentleman who was helpful and wanted to help us. The main was explained and all needs where met. We had time to sit and enjoy our visit, never rushed. The food was a delight! Fresh, looked and tasted amazing.

I took my mum away for a retirement present. I booked in for dinner, bed and breakfast. The room was absolutely beautiful, and so comfy! We even got a bottle of Prosecco in the room included in the package. On arrival staff was so friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know for our stay. We went over to the spa for some relaxation and it was amazing. We used the outdoor jacuzzi and the weather was perfect, the sun was shining down right above us. You can order drinks to the hot tub which is fantastic. The food of an evening was spot on, the steak was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed our morning breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! :)

The rooms are very average for the price. We came for a wedding which was good. But after the wedding we wanted to sit in the bar, which they closed early. They then kicked us out of the bar very rudely. The way they spoke to me, my mum and my uncles was disgusting. The behaviour of the duty manager was something I have never experienced before and as a brown family I would never stay at the hotel again.
