Grange Barn is a brand new venue in the Cheshire countryside. The barn is a converted cattle shed on a working agricultural farm and has amazing views across the Cheshire plains. Grange Barn is a large and flexible space, designed to accommodate small intimate events to large scale events. The venue prides itself on it's rustic and relaxed space - think wagon wheel chandelier lights; hay bales; a long bar made from wooden pallets and a space full of natural light. A key feature of this stunning venue are the huge statement windows and doors, leading to a large outdoor decking area with unbelievable views across Cheshire.

Grange Barn is best known for being a wedding venue, and is licensed for marriages on site. However, the venue also hosts corporate events and offers a truly unique space, perfect for encouraging creative thinking. Included in the package is:

An event manager to support in the build up to and in the running of your event
Exclusive hire of the Grange Barn farm grounds
Tables (long vintage wooden trestle tables) and chairs for up to 150 guests
Wi-fi
Plenty of feature lighting, including wagon wheel lights, festoon lights
Indoor & outdoor furniture and decorations
PA system for speeches and background music
Parking for 40 cars on concrete car park (overflow on the field)

Grange Barn works with 4 recommended caterers who are all excellent, and offer plenty of flexibility and choice. For corporate events, please discuss any alcohol requirements with the venue. Grange Barn has a bar company who runs all of their weddings, but for corporate events they work on an event by event basis.

The barn is a large space, full of natural light. Included in the package are long vintage wooden tables and chairs to seat 150 (If round tables are preferred, these can be hired in). The huge statement windows cover the whole end of the barn and provide an abundance of natural light and incredible views! Within the main barn, is a large rustic wooden bar with feature lighting above and a seating area with vintage leather sofas. The barn is all on one level, and has disabled access.

The barn has an additional room, separated with hessian curtains and filled with hay bales and hessian rugs for seating and a breakout room.

Grange Barn really is a unique and amazing venue. It can be laid out for large functions, or smaller events. It is a very fun, flexible and creative space.

    Our wedding at Grange Barn was honestly nothing short of perfection. It was the only venue we visited, because we felt from online there was nothing else like it. When we went to view with Sally, the place was even better in real life. It was a jaw dropping moment, and we left signing up there and then with NO regrets. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, what Sally and her family have done to convert this barn into this unmatchable wedding venue, is so impressive. The views are to die for, no matter the weather. The bridal suite getting ready with my mum and all my girls was such a comfortable, big and luxurious space for all 10 of us inc the hair & makeup girls, we loved it. Then waving all our guests off and just having to walk up the stairs at the end of the night was perfect! All of the staff on the bar, waiters and waitresses were so helpful, so happy and just spot on in every single way, they all looked after all our guests so well, and also made me & my husband feel so special all day and all night!! Sally, the owner, is just a dream, I knew straight away we were in good hands, she is the perfect balance of professional and down to earth. When the wedding plans commenced, in came Rebecca, literally sent from heaven. I’m confident that is where Sally found her. Honestly, I could not have got through all my planning, and the day, without her. She was **absolutely incredible***, and like all the other staff, did it all with a smile on her face, plus we always had a laugh!! Simon from the bar company, what a great guy to work with who literally just wants the best for you, nothing was ever a bother. The moral of my review is simply this… There are so many wedding venues you can choose from, they are all beautiful in their own way, and thats so important, but if you don’t get your team around you right, it can make it a whole different experience to ours. For me, Grange Barn has that stunning and breath taking venue, but also the **complete perfect team** of people who you just want to be around, who will genuinely enjoy helping you organise your wedding, support you from the very day you visit and all the way through to after your wedding. They also all work really really well together. One of the biggest and most consistent compliments we received from our guests was how top all the staff were. It makes ALL the difference and you really don't think about that when you book your wedding as all we all want is that perfect beautiful venue, the team around you is so easily over looked and for me, it was one of the biggest perfect parts of our wedding. We’ll be forever grateful to them all. What a top bunch ❤️ Few more final tips - The hog roast barms with Big 5 Catering for the evening food went down a storm!! Again, the owner of big 5, Darren, was 11/10! A super helpful, lovely, down to earth bloke that couldn't do enough for us and our guests. Make sure all your guests have pre-booked taxis. Coaches work best but taxis work if they're all booked and I wouldn't rely on your guests to do that. Gareth from Beeline Taxis runs a tight ship and will sort all your taxis for you.

    The day was just incredible from start to finish and more than we could have ever imagined. All the suppliers were excellent. Stacey went above and beyond and is a credit to the team at grange barn. She really made us both feel so comfortable and organised the day perfectly. We really felt that she listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted. Rebecca was such a massive help from day one and nothing was ever too much for her. She took so much of the stress away from planning a wedding and made the whole process so much easier. Darren from Big 5 catering was unbelievable, and Sarah has said she will never forget walking out of the loft to go down the aisle and seeing him standing there on the BBQ, the smell was incredible. Everyone has commented on how great the food was throughout the day & evening. Vivid on the bar were great and the guests have commented on how attentive and friendly they were. To all the team at Grange Barn and all the suppliers that helped to make our day so special, we really cannot thank you enough! Would definitely, highly recommend this amazing venue!

    Our wedding day in June and the whole build up towards the big day was perfect. Grange barn was the first and last venue we viewed. We loved it straight away and thought it was great for us and so many people on the day commented at how perfect the venue was, especially in the sunshine. Sally was a great point of contact at the beginning and Rebecca was great with all the planning leading up. On the day we had Stacey as the coordinator and she was great, kept everything moving and helped made sure everyone was having a great day. Their experience really put us at ease, they were able to help with organising the suppliers, order of the day and any questions we had. We had the most relaxed day and enjoyed every minute. The stay in The Loft the night before and of the wedding made getting ready really easy and helped us chill out. We could not recommend this venue enough it was perfect.
