March 2025Have just returned from a short spar break with my girlfriend, I can not praise the staff enough, especially the restaurant. My girlfriend has a specific food allergy and the restaurant produced dedicated menu just for her. I would give 10 stars, but unfortunately can't. Will definitely be returning in the future. February 2025As we crossed the Severn River into the charming town of Chepstow, the scenery unfolded like a picturesque postcard of Wales. We treated Dad to a luxurious stay at the four-star Marriott, where we indulged in the spa, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and woke up to a mouthwatering breakfast the next morning. The evening before, we dined at a delightful local Italian restaurant that made the night all the more special. After a day filled with good food and relaxation, we drifted into deep, peaceful sleep on the most comfortable beds imaginable. 💤

March 2025Didn't stay, just a spa day with my daughter. Lovely place and facilities. Daughter enjoyed massage, I had a manicure, very good but don't think they should offer a treatment that doesn't survive a swim and sauna! Although I sat and didn't touch anything for the recommended time, my manicure was completely ruined by the time I got out of the pool!

February 2025A Magical and Unexpected Stay – 5 Stars! We had to make a last-minute stop due to terrible traffic and a bridge closure, and what started as an unplanned detour turned into an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Saskia and Dan at reception were incredibly responsive and so so sweet, making us feel instantly welcome. The hotel itself is stunning—our room was absolutely lovely, the whole place looks like something out of a fairytale castle! The attention to detail, the ambience, and the overall charm made it feel far beyond what we expected for the price. Such amazing value for money! My two children were absolutely thrilled and kept exclaiming how fancy and special everything was. What could have been a stressful night turned into a magical and memorable stay. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and will absolutely return—this time on purpose! Highly recommend!
