⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a wonderful wedding venue! St Pierre in Chepstow is an absolute gem, offering an abundance of stunning backdrops for photo opportunities. As a wedding photographer, I was truly spoilt for choice. The variety is incredible—from the charming courtyard to the picturesque driveway, each spot provided a unique setting that added magic to every shot. One of the highlights was being taken on a golf buggy to explore the beautiful grounds, especially during the golden hour. The golf course, in particular, offered breathtaking views that made for some unforgettable moments. The combination of natural beauty and well-maintained grounds really made the venue shine. Throughout the day, I was looked after incredibly well, and the staff were exceptional—nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality added to the overall experience, making it a day to remember. I can’t wait to be back at St Pierre for another wedding—it’s a photographer’s dream come true!

Very nice scenic and rural location with a golf course. An old building so the rooms are a little tired but reasonably clean. Staff are friendly and plenty of different rooms to choose from. The lodge rooms are nice with a lake view and comfortable big beds.

We went to the Spa for a full body massage. The building is in need of repair and very dated. Massage was great, except we were next to a room that had a aerobics class, shouting and loud music its very calming. I wouldn't return.

The rooms were good. The bathrooms definitely need a refresh to match the lovely decor in the main section. Unfortunately the manager (I assume) at the event I attended wasn’t the friendliest and shouted that I had to go outside when I made a comment to my partner saying “I might stay inside until the bride and groom arrives” as it was pretty chilly. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice!

Stayed here for 3 days. We faced several issues with the room: from malfunctioning plumbing, broken fridge, to bad room cleaning service. What's going well for this place are the beautiful views and walking areas, due to its proximity the large manicured golf course. The food at the pub, and the breakfast is good , and is priced reasonably. Overall a comfortable stay, but the price and the room quality did not match at all. Maybe they are charging for the Marriott brand equity.
