Pleasant couple of hours spent in Techniquest with our son and young grandsons. Tickets bought in advance as very busy during the school holiday periods. Loads of science based things for children of all ages to try out to see how things work. Well worth a visit.

My family and I enjoyed a good few hours at Techniquest. We began the day by attending a workshop in a lab. We were all able to complete some easy yet effective experiments under the guidance of a really engaging member of staff. It is suitable for children aged 9 and above and was a lot of fun! We spent the rest of our time exploring. There were so many interactive stations and we could have spent so much longer there. We didn't have time to visit the planetarium and would definitely like to return in the future!

My kids had a great time here. The exhibits were all very interesting and it was refreshing to find 99% of them were actually working. It also didn't get too busy so the displays were easy to access. Definitely good value for money.

Techniquest was a fun way to spend a few hours in a rainy afternoon. My three year old was a little young for most of the exhibits, but she had fun with the ones she could understand regardless. I want to say a huge thank you to *India* who was working at the entrance; she was just so lovely. She welcomed us with a smile, was super kind in taking our suitcase in behind the counter, chatted to us, and gave us some advice for lunch. She made our day. You’ve got a real star there! I also loved how inclusive and LGBTQIA+ welcoming the venue was. Wonderful.
