October 2024Team building day with all our office. We did bowling and karaoke. Drinks were great and reasonably priced. We ended up staying till close. Highly recommend!

September 2024The guys were amazing. It was my birthday and they made such an effort to accommodate. The bowling was awesome and the games were hilarious. Even left my gift there and came back the morning after and they looked after it for me! Class night.

October 2024We booked to do two escape rooms, playing The runner first, well that was absolutely rubbish, no decent story, starting was confusing, using a tablet for the clues with no obvious order to the spider clue (weekdays), with one person on tablet the remaining people were stuck doing nothing! Most things in room were not relevant to the clues, infact so confusing all round, I mentioned to the gamesmaster that we were not having fun and he really tried his hardest to make it more enjoyable, but clearly all the staff there hate the room, however the owners refuse to change that room... Coming from games room enthusiasts with over 100 escaped rooms we can tell you this room is not making you money and is actually damaging your business, as it will lead to many of these bad reviews! Disappointing!! The second room , 11, however was much better, well thought out room, great clues and things for people to do. However we finished with over half hour to go... So clearly needs more puzzles in!

August 2024We booked one of the escape rooms which was okay but some of the clues were wrong so it didn't make sense. We called for help and the member of staff did apologise for the information being incorrect but it was pretty disappointing and we wasted a lot of time. What we were extremely disappointed in and would definitely warn others not to do is upgrade to their party package. We received the following email... "We would like to offer you an exclusive upgrade of your existing booking to our party packages from just an additional £10pp? We are sure you'll be having a drink or two in the venue so for just an extra £10 each this includes a welcome drink of your choice (excludes cocktails) and complimentary use of retro games and arcades in the venue. For £15 this upgrade will include any cocktail instead and complimentary use of retro games and arcades in the venue.You can make use of these games and arcades before, during and after your activity, there are no time limits attached to this (fair usage applies)." What they don't tell you in this email is that you can only use two game machines in this so called upgrade, and one is broken. The other games you still have to pay for and that includes the arcade games. A complete waste of money, we paid and additional £40 for one person to play on Pac Man and for four drinks.
