I had an absolutely flawless experience staying at Hilton Cardiff! The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and luxury. The staff were impeccable and consistently responded with respect, kindness and compassion; not to mention a smile on their faces! The location was 10/10, with lovely restaurants and bars within around a 10 minute walk. I cannot fault my stay and I am very grateful. Thank you to Rachel and the team at Hilton Cardiff for making my stay very special. I can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed in the Hilton this weekend for my wife’s birthday and to celebrate our anniversary. From start to finish our time was amazing, room was outstanding with incredible views of the city. The service was second to none the whole time. Food was brilliant and the room service excellent, food and drink in the executive lounge was great too. The weekend was made extra special by Rachel Williams- she helped me plan the weekend down to all the extra touches that made my wife feel so special. Thank you!

Stayed here for my birthday, had a lovely time. Staff were great and the room was amazing! We’re gold members so got a free upgrade to a deluxe room over looking the castle which was a nice surprise, management also gave us 2 free drinks with it being my birthday which was a nice gesture

The room was incredible with beautiful views of Cardiff, very generous layout and the service was outstanding. The staff on reception were brilliant throughout and helped us with everything we needed and information to help us with our stay. The executive lounge was wonderful and the food and happy hour included made our stay that bit more special than it already was. We chose to have room service for breakfast and it arrived on time ans ordered and was delicious- a real treat! A massive thank you to Rachel Williams for the incredible customer service she provided and help with our stay- we will definitely be back again soon!

🗓️ 13 July 2024 - 14 July 2024 | 2 People | £206.76 Rooms: The hotel was super clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. The TV was quite big. The bathroom was very clean, spacious, and had both a bath and a shower, which was nice to have both options! Service: Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location: Perfect for us! Everything we wanted to do was within easy reach. It made exploring Cardiff super convenient. Facilities: The pool area was a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the modern feel of the rest of the hotel, which was a slight letdown. Otherwise, the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable hotel in Cardiff!
