Our Business Floor also features an open plan lounge, perfect for a break out space. Our impressive Ballroom is a spacious, flexible venue comfortable accommodating up to 350 people theatre style and featuring versatile lighting, climate control and private bar. Conveniently located on the ground floor, our Ballroom can be divided into two rooms and is the perfect venue for any event, from corporate meetings to seminars.

September 2024Perfect location in the centre of Cardiff, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and so friendly, we had an upgraded room with a fantastic view over the Castle. The room was so spacious and clean, I honestly do not have one negative thing to say. The spa facilities were far superior to other hotels charging a lot more in Cardiff / The Bay and again so clean / well maintained. The breakfast was really good, all fresh food and a great selection. Well done to all The Team in Hilton Cardiff !!

September 2024Our visit to Cardiff was made even more excellent by the wonderful service at the Hilton hotel! Once we were checked in, the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with our bags until we settled in. The hotel itself is stunning, and very well kept and clean. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the castle! Super comfortable large bed, TV, a large walk in shower! Breakfast was great and delicious , full buffet cooked breakfast with a selection of fruit cereal and pastries. Over all our stay was fantastic.

November 2024The hotel staff were very welcoming and our room was beautiful and very comfortable for our two night stay. Breakfast offered a great selection of high quality products ( the fresh orange juice, mango smoothie and sausages are particularly good). We will definitely be back.

October 2024A really lovely stay. The room was a great size, well appointed and a lovely bed. The breakfast was wonderful and throughout our stay the staff were very friendly and always on hand to answer any queries. The only bit that let the hotel down was the car park. This I understand is no longer available but it was dark, wet and very unpleasant, certainly not worthy of the £39.99 overnight fee.

November 2024Great location but such a pity that the secure car park was abandoned 'in October' we were told. We would not have booked if we had been made aware of this. The Hilton sign on the car park also needs to be removed as it gives a false impression. Staff were lovely & helpful, even trying to get wi-fi on my i-pad with their IT department (unfortunately, to no avail). Selection of food & drinks at breakfast was super & staff were attentive & helpful
