Lovely hotel, always first choice for monthly business trips. Staff very friendly, rooms clean, food gorgeous. Gave a 9 as TV reception for some digital channels can be hit or miss. Had issue with room service on last trip but hotel dealt with issue quickly and professionally.

I absolutely love this hotel. I would always choose this hotel in Cardiff. Convenient and the rooms are always delightful. Executive rooms come with a cute view. I can’t say much for service as we checked in and out via the machines however there was a helpful male who obviously heard our conversation about having zero clue about streets and helped us out but when I’ve had to use reception everyone has always been helpful.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend. Check in was quick, there was an option for express check in manually - or just the usual check in at the reception. The staff seemed pleasant and hospitable. The room was fairly big, with all the usual things one expects - TV, coffee/tea set, hairdryer. The bathroom was lovely, great shower, great lighting, fairly clean overall. AC was working well, heated up the room well for the evening, and cooled it down well during the daytime. I personally didn't have the best sleep on the bed, unsure whether it's the very light and fluffy pillows, or the mattress quality, but something hasn't worked for me. The location is superb, just round the corner from the Central Station, just minutes away from the busy streets with shopping and restaurants, pubs and bars. But still quiet enough despite such proximity. There's a Tesco near the station as well, which is convenient to get some drinks and snacks to have in the hotel room. Overall, a very decent stay at a good price (was the cheapest hotel available that weekend centrally)

Great location for access to Principality Stadium. Parking suggestion is John Lewis which is 5 minutes walk. Rooms super clean. Bed a bit small for two adults, but it is noted as a double. Room could do with a fridge. Breakfast was good, all the standard buffet available.

I had stayed in this hotel a couple of years before and had a great experience however this time was not so good. We got given room 323 which was a room with no view to the outside- our view was of the foyer and dining area. We had very little to no natural light in the room and we couldn’t even open the window so by the morning the room was incredibly stuffy and felt really disgusting to wake up in, additionally the room had a really nice big TV, but I’m assuming because of the location of the room, the TV couldn’t even connect to any channels properly. It was a really disappointing experience considering the last time I stayed I absolutely loved the room in the hotel. Whereas this time I wanted to get out as soon as possible- not to mention a suspicious looking stain on one of the chairs in the room! However on the upside location is good.
