We arrived at 10:15. There was lots of parking and disabled bays were right by the front door. A lovely team at the front desk helps us with where to go. We picked up a map which was clear and easy to read. The whole day was amazing. There is a bus that travels up and down of you can't walk far. There are a few benches up and down the way to sit on. We ate at both the American cafe and the front cafe. We didn't eat at the restaurant. I would say the American cafe is not very child friendly. The menu choices were cheese ploughman's and cornation chicken and that's it. Very minimal choice. My only down fall would be the amount of sheltered areas outside was minimal. It turned out to be turned out to be the hottest day of the year and the only shelter was in the air hangers. Top tip- if it is a very hot day, make your way to the warfare building it is extremely cool!

Great experience, we visited for the Battle of Britain air show. Lots of exhibits in the various hangers and lots going on outside to keep you busy while you wait for the air show to begin. It helped that we had lovely weather.

Incredible, simply too much to write about. Four, maybe five huge buildings absolutely crammed with aircraft from all eras. Some you can get up close to and even inside such as the prototype Concorde. You'll need a full day to see it all but absolutely worth every penny.

Lovely museum, great exhibitions and planes flying throughout the day. Friendly staff. Great location. Very well put together. It's a great museum. The shop and the restaurant are nice places too. They also offer(ed) flights in historical aircraft if you're interested. Would definitely recommend the museum to anyone.
