September 2024From the Valet parking, to checkin, to the room, great. We arrived 3hrs early, so luggage storage was not an issue, until we arrived back after walking around most of the city to checkin. The bar area was very relaxing after walking around the city for most of the day, very laid back atmosphere.

September 2024Great hotel, nice staff, bubbly on check in, large clean rooms, very quiet and good nights sleep. Bar was nice too. Pretty central location... less than 10 minutes to main areas and river. Would use again. Parking tough in high rise next door although I'm told there is hotel parking.

September 2024Arrived early from long journey and pleasantly surprised to be checked in. Room was compact (expected for UK) with no view, but quiet and comfortable. Location is great for access to the city centre. Breakfast options were good, but the dining room was cold. Pricey for what it is.

July 2024I would always expect more when it's about Hilton. This hotel is in the heart of Cambridge, so the location is great. I had no view from my room as it was facing the hall. The rooms are big, my bed was huge and comfy, but cleanliness wasn't the best (lots of dust), the bathroom was very basic, the shower had curtains, which I find not practical, a glass would be much better. Room service was really bad, I tried to order food (available 24/7) via the app, but I ended up ordering a delivery from a restaurant cause I could place an order. Breakfast is good, many delicious choices to choose from. There is lots of room for improvement and I hope they will cause I am a regular guest of Hilton and I will come back for sure in the near future.

July 2024The room is too small. No minibar inside the room!!! The wardrobe is a joke ( toooooo small!!!) Not clean! The windows and floor were dirty. The staff of reception desk wasn't helpful and flexible. She simply asked us to leave the hotel if we were not comfortable with an unreasonable entrance deposit!!! We will not come back here again.
