The Clockwork Rose, Exclusive Hire

Located in Bristol’s Old City, The Clockwork Rose is a vision of a Neo-Victorian world in a unique bar that remains one of the first of its kind in Britain. The Clockwork Rose is a relaxed, warm, and friendly atmosphere, where you can sample innovative cocktails and premium crafted spirits. Each cocktail is uniquely designed around the exploits of the fictional steampunk adventurer, Captain Sebastian Commodore, as well as taking inspiration from real life works of fiction by famous authors such as Jules Verne, Conan Doyle, and Douglas Adams. For events we hire out the full venue for evening or late afternoon events. We offer hourly hiring of smaller table groupings for Table Top Gaming Sessions We also offer a bespoke cocktail service in which we can design a special cocktail to serve on the evening either as a welcome drink or an option for your guests to order. We can also offer alfresco seating, however this is weather permitting.

At The Clockwork Rose we offer a bespoke hiring service that is tailored to your needs. We have contacts with local catering companies that we can wholeheartedly recommend and are happy to take orders for special spirit requests to be available for your guests. Our hiring space is furnished with large booth/banquette seating and tables, with a kitchenette available on request for minor prep or for serving outside catering from. It can also be used as a seperate specialist serving area such as a Whisky Bar with our selection of fine Scotch's, Bourbons, and Japanese Whiskies (full lists available on request). We also have a coat check and reception area for welcoming guests, and a vast list of musical and perfoming acts that can be hired to create an unforgettable atmoshphere.
For smaller groups we can offer an hourly table hiring fee, which will include a drinks tab and a selection of bar snacks on arrival. This is ideal for smaller teams of less than 10, for after work get togethers or an evening of table top gaming.
