Wonderful food and lovely staff. They were so helpful and thoughtful with the menu they adjusted for my allergies. The duck confit GF penne pasta dish was delicious and my friend loved the ravioli. We also had a toddler with us and understood we had limited time to eat so served us quickly as well as offering a simple pasta and cheese for the toddler (it went down a treat). Very thoughtful and welcoming team.

Dined for the the pasta, crafted by the talented team from Pasta Local, remains exceptional. The dish is just good to their skill and dedication. The scallops were surprisingly good, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The coppa, having not great fat distribution, was a bit average in taste. The fish and arancini were just okay, but still enjoyable. Overall, Pazzo offers a great dining experience with standout pasta and impressive scallops. While some dishes were average, the overall quality and atmosphere make it worth a visit.

I have visited once again Pazzo 8 months after the first really negative experience and I have received with my partner even worse dinner. We have ordered 6 positions: flatbread, 2 starters, 2 main dishes and a dessert. Flatbread arrived after 25 min and was fully burnt. Staff took it from us and prepared new flatbread however that one was also burnt from the bottom and had 2-3 times more of the garlic butter (as an apologies? don't know), so everything what just floating in fat and was covering the whole flavour of the flatbread. I felt I was eating block of butter. Absolutely awful £7 flatbread. The rest plates have been delivered with huge delay and all of them were like 2/5 (except one pappardelle with smoked dusk which was 4/5). We were constantly waiting for our food. Everything took roughly 80-85 minutes. "Starters" arrived 45 minutes after ordering them. All dishes were super overpriced. £98 for all of that. Portions were ridicules small (I guess Pazzo is trying to be fining dinning without telling they are fining dinning?), not inspiring and not even that much tasty. I was more than happy to share my experience with staff and give them deeper explanation behind each of the dish and why I with my partner think this is just average food. However no one ever asked me how was my food and if everything is alright. No one even said "thank you for coming" or "have a nice evening" when we were leaving the restaurant. ORIGINAL REVIEW WROTE 8 MONTHS EARLIER: Disappointment. I was expecting successor of Pasta Loco but I received totally different, negative experience. We didn't get menu for the first 5 minutes and we couldn't catch anyone to order our meals for the next additional 5 minutes. I've ordered with my partner flatbread, mushroom risotto, lemon spaghetti, crab pappardelle and pana cotta. I asked if it's possible to bring first flatbread because we were extremely hungry. Our flatbread came at the same time as risotto and it took 25 minutes to deliver to our table. Both were really small. Flatbread was good, risotto was alright. Nothing suprising and no "wow" effect. A bit of shame we paid £15.5 for that experience. Our main dishes came after next 30 minutes so from the initial order till the main dish it was over an hour. We were even thinking at some point to just cancel it and find a different place to eat. When our dishes arrived, once again there were really 2 small portions. My spaghetti was floating in the watery lemon sauce. The dish was OK. My plate had tons of flavourity sauce but I had no bread or nothing else which I could use to eat the rest. In Pasta Loco we could always get free focaccia to fully finish our dish. My partner's crab pappardelle contained some crab shell and she was a bit tired of removing shells during eating the dish. She also said her dish was just OK. After that I decided to remove pana cotta from the order, pay the bill and go out as quick as possible to eat somewhere else.
