Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the reservation date will receive a full deposit refund. A fee will apply to cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to the reservation date equal to 25% of the minimum spend. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable.We require £250.00 to secure the date then the remaining amount paid 4 weeks before the booking date. Any cancellations made 4 weeks before the booking will receive the full deposit refunded.

October 2024Awful service. The girl at the counter ignored me for 2 minutes, didn't even acknowledge me or say she'd be with us in a moment. When she finally came to take our order, she muttered a hello, listened to our order, then shoved the card reader in front of us and walked off. It was the coldest interaction I've ever had, and it genuinely felt like she didn't want us there at all. She dropped a cup with a number on it in front of us and didn't explain what it was for. I had to go find another member of staff to confirm it was table service. When the coffee was brought to us, it was already borderline cold. The girl who brought it over was really nice. I hate writing bad reviews like this: it was busy and I worked in Caffe Nero for a couple years, so I know how stressful it can be. But I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a warm welcome and some communication that they're busy and will be with us as soon as possible. Maybe she just had a bad day, but this is our first (and last) impression of the place.
