The award winning Green House is a beautiful eco-friendly boutique hotel in the heart of Bournemouth that lives and breathes sustainability. The hotel opened in April 2010 to rave reviews and in November 2010 was named ‘Small Hotel of the Year’ at the Bournemouth Tourism Awards.
Just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Bournemouth, this privately owned Grade II Victorian Villa has been extensively renovated with an investment in excess of £5m, to prove that luxury travel and eco-consciousness can co-exist.
On the surface, this 32 bedroom hotel may appear to be the same as many other designer boutique style properties, its contemporary décor, tactile fabrics and quality natural materials including wood, metal and glass, complementing the light airy period rooms and gothic architecture.
Our lovely new Green Hut is ideal for social gatherings and corporate team building or get-togethers. The hut is sheltered, protecting you from the elements, whilst offering a

We came for a Christmas function & everything was great. Gorgeous food, good portions & served quickly. The staff were friendly, professional & did a brilliant job throughout the meal keeping water topped up & clearing the table effectively. The venue is beautiful & room layout was lovely with Xmas tree in the middle. I had a wonderful time ... WELL DONE EVERYONE & thank you!

Lovely afternoon tea. Nice to have something different to the usual sandwiches. Scones were warm and light and included spiced pumpkin, which was delicious, as was the brownie with pineapple. Service was excellent, the room looked lovely and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Such a friendly Hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Room comfort and standard is very high. Dinner was exceptional too. Electric car charging is also available and everything reasonably priced. Couldn't honestly fault it.

I would like to start with positive comments about this hotel Great location...easy walk to town & beaches Friendly staff Daily housekeeping Very good breakfast in a nice room On a negative note the following Deluxe room which we had for 2 nights...having stayed in many hotels this was good but not luxurious Bathroom big but sleeping area small The smallest wardrobe ever which was difficult to get to Tea tray ok but again too small an area in which to place it Nowhere to sit & dry hair/ put on makeup Very tired bedding & pillows Bar menu expensive & not good We were there for a birthday party and had a great time but we were frustrated with our room and had booked a deluxe room ( Cedar) hoping it would make a pleasant stay Overall we were disappointed and would not stay again or recommend This review is our genuine opinion of the Green House Hotel

They call it the Greenhouse for a reason, it's fecking boiling! Pillows are lacking insides, roll top bath needs bigger area to step onto, bed very soft, lack of storage space, toilet seat wonkey and definitely not luxury or boutique. Receptionist in the morning didn't care and was rude. Wouldn't return, expensive for what it offers and there are hundreds of nicer hotels in Bournemouth.
