Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, Merlot

My recent stay at the hotel, was a breath of fresh sea air, a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly on my way to my room. Even though I made a mistake and booked the twin bed instead of double, they was ever so accommodating and sorted that for me. Their delicious dinner at the hotel's main restaurant its a must! Varied menu with locally sourced ingredients. The chicken and steak dishes were particularly impressive. Breakfast was a buffet-style affair with a wide selection of hot and cold options, catering to all taste and te service in both restaurants was attentive and friendly can't complain ! I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful Daniel and his colleague( forgot to ask for her name she served me on Wednesday dinner time) , who provided me with excellent service and is a true asset to your team. I cannot praise them both highly enough. The spa facilities are excellent, particularly the sauna, steam room, and aromatherapy room!
