I've been here many times, and it's still warm, welcoming, and amazing. The reception team is top notch, and the facilities are still inviting. They have spa packages to book from. Treatments I would book directly with the spa itself as they keep appointment slots open for guests. The food is tasty, and the rooms are very clean.

Just had a 2 day break at this hotel, positives Ilea on the reception very helpful , polite and very professional I would happily employ her tomorrow. You need to ignore the Negative reviews as I’m a pain in the ass if things are not right, Room was very clean, large and bed was very comfy. The bar and grill was good and the staff quick, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was plenty full and a huge variety of food from, full English to continental. We didn’t use the spa however I went and had a look just to see if the negative reviews were justified and to be honest and No they weren’t justified in my opinion. There is one negative and that is, if you’re going to have a shower and no bath at least have an extractor fan otherwise it’s a steam room as well as a shower. I think it’s a bit cheeky to ask residents to pay for parking and to use the Spa but that is the sign of the times. Overall very good and would highly recommend this Hotel for a stay, we will be back.

Stayed one night on a voucher deal with evening meal and breakfast. Arrived a little early, but room was ready. Initially the key card didn't work, but after returning to reception, this was quickly rectified. The room was on the ground floor and was a good size, well equipped and clean, although there was a very strong smell of antiseptic in the area just outside. This didn't transfer to the room itself. We booked our evening meal for 19.30. We were not quite sure what the entitlement would be, as we were on a voucher deal. The restaurant manager was very helpful and explained that it covered 3 courses, which was very generous. We were offered a choice of 3 tables. The food and service were excellent. The hotel has a pool which is free to use for all guests, but we didn't take advantage of this. There is also a spa which offers a variety of treatments, again we didn't use this. The location was perfect as both the town centre and the beaches were a 10 minute walk. The parking was £10 for 24 hours, which was reasonable for the area. There is free parking in the surrounding streets if you can find a space. We also found a small cafe just around the corner and an off licence, which were very useful. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere in the general areas and in the bar lounge area. A very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Extra £10 a day to park in their car park. Take your own slippers for the spa they don’t supply although it’s advertised in numerous places. Rooms nice and really clean, food at restaurant lovely for evening meal but breakfast was expensive with cheap food only scrambled eggs the packet kind disappointing.
