We stayed the night and attended a wedding. Sayed was always available throughout the wedding to ensure that all out of our needs were met, and the needs of the bride and groom. He ensured everything ran smoothly. We were so pleased to have his help for the duration of the function.

I booked afternoon tea here for a midweek treat. The tea is served in a very comfortable lounge adjacent to the bar. The afternoon tea was impeccable with sandwiches, patisserie, and warm scones with clotted cream and preserves. The range of tea on offer was very comprehensive. The patisserie was especially noteworthy. The service was excellent, and all staff encountered were welcoming and helpful. A joyful way to spend an afternoon in a calm, relaxing environment.

An absolutely beautiful hotel , such a lovely setting , the staircase is gorgeous, the bars and restaurants are also gorgeous. My guests and myself had afternoon tea , which was so lovely , the food was delightful and the service was excellent. It wasn't cheap but for a treat it was a lovely day out . We passed by Issac's restaurant which looks amazing! We plan a return visit to taste the menu! Looking forward to it .

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel in Birmingham for two nights 🏙️ What an incredible asset to Birmingham. The overall stay was amazing, the staff were so attentive and happy to help with anything. The bedrooms were finished to a high degree, beautiful beds and linen, stunning furniture and finishing touches. The bathroom… oh my the bathroom was beautiful 😍 (practically living in the shower). You had very amenity in the room, from a selection of tea/coffee, iron, hair dryer, mini bar that was stocked up, bath robes, slippers etc! Honestly it was faultless and I cannot wait to go back ❤️
