Amelia on reception greeted us with the loveliest smile and was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary drinks were very much enjoyed. Water, fruit, cookies and sweets at reception are a lovely addition after a long journey. Lovely warm, quiet hotel in a central location. Would definitely stay again.

Wow. The rooms are so spacious. Huge bed comfy pillows and duvet. Large bathroom with bath. Tv, table for eating etc. Breakfast was bang on. If you wish to have a presseco breakfast it's available. Lots of choice. Gym on top floor. No one really in there so was great.

Amazing!!! Front desk service was great! Everyone was very friendly and nice!!! I booked a room with a high view to surprise my partner on his birthday, and the view was really nice! There was no fridge in the room, I was worried that the cake would melt, so I asked the front desk for a mini fridge! It was great! It didn't take 5 minutes for them to send me with a small fridge to store the cake I was going to use at night time!! Will definitely recommend this to who plans to stay a night in BMH! Fantastic hotel! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I think in comparison to other current 4 star hotels, this cannot compete as a 4 star hotel. Stayed here for one night in one of the suites... very outdated decor, the rooms are kind of a corporate shade of grey with pops of red (doesn't really make sense) and the bathrooms look decades old. Going down to the finer details, there were numerous scuff marks and dents on the door frames, an air con unit that barely functions and we didn't even have the right amount of towels for the number of people in the booking. It is a convenient location but this hotel is a 3 star at best.

Rooms are fine, comfortable beds and the usual tea/coffee tv etc. Wooden skirting had been painted over but was clearly suffering from damp from the bathroom. This created a mild but damp smell. The hotel is next to a main road junction and a mixture of emergency sirens and high powered car exhaust interrupted sleep even on higher floors. Location is very convenient though, a short walk from restaurants and station. Just as well as food is OK but don't expect a slap up meal, just bar food.
