The level of service provided by Hajar alone was enough to give this hotel five stars. If the hotel was at 1 star, and Hajar was working there, they'd have 5 stars! She was attentive, smiling and willing to bend over backwards for every customer. Now, the hotel - brilliant location, room and view! Everything was solidly amazing. If I had to give feedback, parking was a nightmare but this is out of their control and I accept that. The showerheads could be upgraded but nothing to knock the hotel. It was an amazing stay!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were professional. The hotel lobby looked well kept. Every guest gets a complimentary drink at the bar. The room was neat and had a lovely view from top floors. The hotel is located in the city centre. Great access to public transport too. The Birmingham Central station is only a walking distance. The Birmingham Christmas Market is also a walking distance. One thing I wish could be better is their breakfast menu options. They don't have a lot of variety in my opinion but my specially requested scrambled eggs was good. I'd stay here again even if it's for the views.

We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend at this hotel. The amenities were fantastic—particularly the well-equipped gym, which was perfect for staying active. The location couldn’t be better, with just a few minutes’ walk to the city center and the charming Christmas market, making it ideal for both sightseeing and holiday shopping. The standout of our stay was the exceptional service. The entire team was friendly and attentive, and we’d like to give a special mention to Ionut, who went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Thanks to his attentiveness, our stay felt personalized and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—whether for a holiday or a relaxing getaway, it’s the perfect place to stay!

Hotel is lovely, room spacious and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very helpful. Parking let's this hotel down. It is a short walk from the train station which is adjacent to the car park the hotel has an agreement with. Unfortunately if you wish to park directly outside the hotel (disabled or not) it will cost £30 for 24 hours and its first come first serve.

Enjoyed our stay. Room wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The staff were very good, attentive and provided all we wanted. Only complaint is the lack of a fried egg from the breakfast buffet. Everything else was good.
