October 2024WARNING!!!!!! I am writing to advise potential customers against booking or attending China White Birmingham due to my ongoing issues with the venue’s customer service and refund process. Since August 3rd, I have been waiting for a refund of £250. As of October 1st, I am still waiting, Since the initial request, I have contacted China White Birmingham repeatedly. I have been informed multiple times that my refund was processed, yet I have not seen any funds returned to my account.I was informed I would receive my refund within 5-7 working days from the date of my request, but that timeframe has long since passed without resolution. The lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering this establishment to reconsider, as my experience suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction and financial responsibility. DONT GO HERE !!!!
