Phoenix is a live music bar and restaurant with Private VIP Room ideal for a catch up drink or dinner immersed with flavours from Szechuan Culture. We also have a stage performing live music during weekends.
Based in Masshouse Plaza Birmingham, just seconds away from the City Center Snowhill Business district and Aston University and Birmingham City University. With easy access to transport, train stations closest to Phoenix are Moor Street Station.

Phoenix is the ideal venue for all types of events big or small, from Corporate to Networkings Events, Birthdays, conferences, Company get-togethers, Baby showers, Bridal showers and the list goes on.
Amenities
Phoenix has a total sitting cover of 90 covers. The main bar can hold 70 sitting covers with The Private VIP room holding 20 sitting covers. Both Main Bar and Private VIP Room has separate Large Screen with a PA System & Mic.
The main bar features stage screen, piano, drums and professional sound system ideal for live band performance.
Our minimum spend prices include any food and drinks. With choices of snacks, Chinese Dishes and Buffet Menu on request. Drinks can include, arrival drinks, pre- ordered drinks on the tables, a bar tab with rules/without and bespoke cocktails, whisky. We will try our best to accomodate your request

November 2024Food was insane. So tasty. We ordered the bullfrog (cause why not) and it was so good. Tasted like chicken. We had lamb, chicken and duck skeweres. *chef’s kiss* the clams and fried oysters. The egg fried rice is THE best fried rice I’ve ever tasted. £63.80 for two people is so good and we got soooo much food. Will 10000000% make the journey from LDN to BMG for this food.
