Hearty breakfast, much more than we expected! Staff were really helpful, especially a lovely lady, Ingrid, who was working in the mornings. Rooms are basic but clean, location is decent. EDIT The £13 pizza was a £4.50 Chicago Sauce Stuffed pizza. I get giving and uplift but that's beyond a p'take. Oh and the free welcome drink they advertise if you have the app? Non existent.

I had a great stay when I was attending a show at the Hippodrome which is a minute away. Hotel is really close to train station and shopping centre which was excellent. Was able to leave my bags when I arrived early. Breakfast was lovely and as a vegetarian there were several options and I could also order veg sausage. Room was warm but it was 28 degrees outside, they had supplied a massive fan for the room already which was great. Room was clean and had enough for our needs.

I stayed at ibis 2 weeks ago for 3 nights. When I entered the hotel I was greeted by the lovely reception and the housekeeping manager. Receptionist were very friendly. My room was on the 3rd floor and when I entered I was greeted by a nice clean room. Everyone morning, the cleaning staff offered me fresh towels which I really appreciated. Everyday when I went down for breakfast everything was nice and fresh. Staff were very respectful towards me. I really recommend this hotel especially for the great price and will definitely be back in the future.😃

Ingrid gave us the absolute best breakfast and service during our first breakfast at the hotel and everyone was so nice, welcoming and accommodating with all of needs! Coming all the way from New Jersey they definitely made me feel no less than! Amazing Hospitality 💖

We loved the meeitng room - some great equipment there. the food was also lovely! The only thing that wasn't so great for us is that we booked a number of rooms as well and the nights' sleep wasn't good at all due to the noise from the clubs!

I have stayed at Ibis hotels before, and this one is one of the best. However, what makes this place special is the warm greeting you get in the morning from a wonderful lady called Ingrid. She is genuinely one of the best hospitality staff I have ever met. She's warm, friendly and you feel it comes from the heart and not something she has picked up in a training class. To Ingrid, thank you for making my mornings bright. Definitely the star of the show. She gets 5 stars from me
