Had a lovely stay here. Rooms are on the smaller side but nice and the bed is comfortable. Had breakfast which was lovely and Ingrid is such a pleasure to see in the morning. Gets a good start to your day. She is a credit to the Ibis.

We was staying Friday night for my wife's birthday. Location was brilliant, night staff was great and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and quiet. We had good night sleep. I only took one star off for service,as in morning i went downstairs to buy beer, as it been advertised to have 24/7 bar, but girls at reception in pretty rude manner explained to me that while breakfast is served, they cant serve me at the bar, what i was surprised about, so it turned out to be not 24h bar. Breakfast was brilliant, and tasty, guys working at breakfast was nice and all other was good. Thanks

We loved the meeitng room - some great equipment there. the food was also lovely! The only thing that wasn't so great for us is that we booked a number of rooms as well and the nights' sleep wasn't good at all due to the noise from the clubs!

Room was basic but clean, stayed here lots of times before but last time I was lucky to get a refurbed room. Not so lucky this time 😞 It's close to all the shops and everything you need close by. By far the best of all was Ingrid who made our morning! Breakfast was great and she made us feel welcome with her friendly smile and lovely chat, nothing was too much trouble. She is a lovely lady and an asset to your team.

Well it's a basic hotel, but Ingrid was the best at breakfast. Went above and beyond in her customer service. All other staff members were smiley and very polite to us. They do a great job behind the scenes.
