Cancellation policy
7.1 If you cancel your Booking, you will be liable for the cancellation charges set out below ("Cancellation Charges") less any revenue (up to 100% of the cancellation charge only) that OCH earns from reselling your Booking. OCH shall use its reasonable endeavours to resell a cancelled Booking. Notice received prior to date of the Event % of Original Booking Value % of Original Booking Value Payable events up to £50,000 Payable events over £50,000 (total value) More than 52 weeks 0 - 0 Between 26 and 52 weeks 25 - 25 Between 12 and 26 weeks 50 - 75 Between 8 and 12 weeks 75 - 90 Between 21 Business Days and 8 weeks 90 - 100 Between 0 and 20 Business Days 100 - 100 7.2 The Cancellation Charges and the partial cancellation charges set out in clause 7.1 are calculated on the basis of the probability of OCH being able to resell the Function Room and Services in the event that you cancel the Booking (and deduct an amount for expenses that we will not have to incur if your Booking is cancelled provided OCH has more than 20 Business Days notice). You agree that this is in all circumstances reasonable and a genuine preestimate of the losses that OCH are likely to suffer as a result of your cancellation or partial cancellation of the Booking. 7.3 There are several reasons why you should consider insurance for your event. Please note that OCH's terms and conditions require events organisers to hold a minimum £2,000,000 limit of Public Liability insurance. Public Liability insurance protects you against legal claims for accidental injury to third parties and/or for damage to third party property. You may already have Public Liability insurance, however not all business policies cover events taking place outside your business premises. If in doubt you should consult your insurance provider.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Oakley Court for her birthday. The mansion house and the property are both stunning; the former has been upgraded with all the amenities and modern touches that you want without taking away the Victorian character, and the latter is landscaped perfectly on top of enjoying a picturesque setting along the Thames. Each staff member we met was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were furnished beautifully (my wife particularly enjoyed the fully stockedsnack hamper and the fresh cookies that greeted us). I would highly recommend for a peaceful weekend away, especially considering the convenient location near London and Windsor.

An almost perfect weekend with a few elements that let them down. My partner arrived ahead of me with her bag. She went to check and was pointed towards the room - no offer to take bag to the room or even shower the way. She asked and the chap did oblige. Funnily enough I arrived an hour later and had exactly the same experience. Room was good, a bit tired in places. Complimentary hamper a nice touch. Herringbone floor was pretty gritty and uncomfortable to walk around on bare feet and get into bed. We notified reception and they attempted to rectify but to not much success. Hotel restaurant was delightful and staff were charming. We had a lovely meal on our first night. Second day we borrowed the bikes and cycled into Windsor - bikes are very very tired and felt pretty unsafe. I had to put chain back on twice as it slipped off when I went up a gear. Went for a swim - very clean and pretty pool in the setting of their gym and spa. Grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed a walk around Soho house but seems unnecessary and an unnatural addition - pumping remixes of old classics and a confusing ordering system that had me being pointed to different people / bars had me feeling like a bit of a sheep. Would recommend a glass of rosé here but don’t stop for the food. Restaurant in hotel much more atmospheric and the staff were nicer. Check out process straightforward.

Oh dear! Came here for an impromptu lunch and sit by the river during a quiet Monday afternoon only to find out that as I was not staying at the hotel or a member that I was not welcome for lunch. I had this once before in St. Lucia at the Ladera Resort when we were denied entry for an afternoon drink. I will never return to either.

Was here last year for guy fawkes night and absolutely loved it. About a year later Ive come here again, with a larger group and the place is just unrecognisable. Completely understaffed, only very few areas accessible all day, staff is not trained, menus are not being fully cooked up and there are works going on in parts of the hotel from 6:30am onwards. I thought I was going to get married here some day but this is just unacceptable. Recommend having lunch / dinner at the Riverhouse and then head out to stay elsewhere over night.
