March 2025Great welcome and well presented hotel. I have stayed all over Britain and don’t often leave reviews, I have decided to review as the staff have been amazing. Ash has stood out as I have been made to feel welcome from the off and feel genuinely looked after which when away from home is very much appreciated. Thanks Ash and all other staff for a great stay.

March 2025Friendly and relaxed welcome, with good information about hotel and facilities. Pleasant bar and restaurant with plenty of breakfast options. Buffet was not available, due to hotel not having many guests over weekend, but was prepared to order and we were offered more if we wanted it. Only let down for the whole experience was in the room. Mold around windows and I'm not a big fan bath showers.

February 2025First time stopping here, friendly polite and well run. Had a good evening meal, Breakfast was ok, though only warm compared to the previous day. Staff are attentive. Bar prices are a little on the higher side compared to other places, we have stayed but overall, will go back again.

January 2025What stands out most to me was the exceptional service I recieved by the members of staff. They are all very accommodating and will happily try to fix any queries that you might have. I had a lovely room with everything I needed. Notably, the man who served me for dinner I believe his name was Ash was a very good host. He served us with a smile on his face and left us with a smile on ours. He was very on top of the dinner service. I felt that my stay was of a high quality.

March 2025Very poor, over 3 days consistently had multiple dishes missing from the menu, kitchen staff shouting and arguing, slow service. breakfast cold, dated hotel. Bar staff were really nice but overall not somewhere I'd go again.
