November 2024I’d 100% Recommend the Mercure to all people looking for hotels in this area. The staff are super friendly and the hotel has great commute to places like Reading and Newbury. The bar has a great selection of drinks and The restaurant has a superb range of delicious food. I’d also like to highlight Shivy she was wonderful and made the stay wonderful.

January 2025Really enjoying staying here each time I come to the college. Food is very very nice, the breakfast is top tier and there’s a good selection to eat for dinner. The staff are excellent, very polite and friendly.
