Great stay! One of the cleaner and well kept establishments closer to Heathrow Airport in my opinion. We did have an issue with the AC in our room, but as soon as we expressed our concern we were immediately moved to a new room with a working AC. We come back and forth from London to Canada quite a bit and have already booked another stay in October again as we enjoyed the amenities and service! Would recommend!

Doesn't look like much on the outside but the Inside is beautiful a wonderful example of not judging a book by it's cover.very clean and spacious reception area with polite and attentive staff...my children were impressed with seeing so many members of a flight crew including a pilot and also the free lolly pops. The rooms are big and have all amenities provided ie hairdryer etc. The shower was fab and the complimentary body and hair wash was much appreciated. We had a look st the restaurant menu and it was a bit pricey for us so we ate out but we do have breakfast to Try in the morning.plenty of parking spaces free of charge.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, despite the hotel's somewhat dated and old-fashioned appearance. It's a very busy place, likely due to its being a popular choice for airline crews at Heathrow, as I often saw pilots and flight attendants staying here. From the moment I walked in, the staff were wonderful, even going the extra mile by calling me after I'd settled into my room to ensure everything was satisfactory and to my liking. The communal areas of the hotel are quite impressive, well-maintained, and stylish. However, the rooms themselves felt outdated and a bit dingy, with a significant need for renovations and general maintenance. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh, varied options catering to all dietary needs. My biggest issue was with my room location—on the ground floor near two very loud doors. Throughout the evening and night, the constant noise was disruptive, and I really wished the rooms had better soundproofing. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again, primarily because of the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Stayed here during visiting LEGOLAND. Location is good however rooms are very dated. The room i was given the heating wasn’t working. Complained, and was told an engineer will come and have a look. Nobody turned up. Next day complained again on way to breakfast and again reception said she will send engineer. Returned to the room after breakfast and still issue not fixed. Checked out of the hotel and receptionist asked how was everything. Explained that the heating wasn’t working and the night was very cold especially for two little kids. She said oh as it’s a Sunday the engineer doesn’t start work till late. She spoke to her manager who said that next time I decide to stay with them they will upgrade me to an executive suite. What made them think that I would stay here again!!!
