Wyboston Lakes is multi-faceted, yet a beautiful one-off. Situated midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes and set in 380 acres of rural countryside, less than one hour from London.
Our two dedicated venues, The Training Centre and The Executive Centre, have over 65 meeting rooms, including two large conference rooms for up to 300 delegates.
All rooms have high ceilings, natural light, air-conditioning and advanced technology.
Conference, meeting and event facilities are located within two purpose-built residential centres. A business centre, available 24 hours a day, allows you to access your emails, browse the internet
and print any last minute documents.
There are private lounges for conference leaders and trainers to use, providing a dedicated space to relax and prepare.

The award-winning technology available at the Executive Centre is the result of a customer-focused ITC investment that sets new standards for versatility, flexibility and, most importantly, for reliability. It’s a combination that opens up new horizons for organisers in their quest to achieve professional levels of effectiveness, greater impact, delegate involvement and lasting outcomes. Rooms are equipped with short throw HD projection equipment along with flip charts, stationary, water and sweets.

Cancellation policy
Cancelling all or part of your booking If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, or reduce the numbers that you have agreed to pay for in the Booking Contract, you must give us written notice. You will be liable to pay charges for the full value of your whole or reduced booking stated in your contract and the level of charge to be applied will depend on the amount of notice you give us, calculated from the table below: Written notice received by us Percentage of contracted revenue to be charged More than 12 weeks before the first day of the event - No charge 8 to 12 weeks before the first day of the event - 25% 4 to 8 weeks before the first day of the event - 50% 2 to 4 weeks before the first day of the event - 75% Less than 2 weeks before the first day of the event - 100% On the day of the event - 100% You must pay in full for any accommodation, meals and other facilities which you book and do not cancel, whether or not you use them.

Good points: 1. Excellent bacon rolls after arrival 2. Golf course is really good to play on. I remember it being much harder the first time about 12 years ago. 3. Bar and dinner service excellent. Maria was very good at dinner and really looked after us well. Not so good points: 1. Spa closes at 7 which seems quite early. Especially after a round of golf. 2. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Couldn't leave the window open as it was facing the outside storage area. 3. There was a lot of noise after midnight with doors banging and heavy stomping in rooms above. Had to complain but don't seem like anything was done as it still kept going on most of the night. Didn't sleep at all but I'm a light sleeper. Found the doors almost slam shut even when trying to close softly. Recommend hotel invests in soft closing doors. Overall it was a good experience and will go again even if I do end up staying up all night.

Fantastic setting for a hotel with lovely lake to sit by. Sadly the food has gone downhill and is just an expensive pub grub offering now. Staff try their best and the spa is amazing

Lovely location set on a lake. Rooms clean but air conditioning unit very noisy! We had to have it on because the room was so hot. There was no information when we arrived and no-one on reception gave us info on the spa or pool or anything. When we asked about the pool, we were told that they had no information and that we'd have to walk over and speak to them. Surely this should be communicated betweek the hotel and the fitness centre, even if they're not the same organisation. We had to ask where the restaurant was. Basic hotel information should be given on arrival not for the guest to guess or ask. The restaurant staff were lovely, very attentive and professional. One of the young ladies very kindly made a 80th birthday sign for us, which was amazing. Overall, it was an ok hotel with poor communication by reception which I doubt I will visit again.

I booked the Superior twin room but when I arrived the put me in disabled room without even telling me! I had to come back to reception when they not tried to be helpful, told them is not what I paid for and I don’t want to stay there and been told is no avaible room to move me in. Had to go on website and show them that the rooms are available so I managed them to move me to other bedroom. Bedroom in general was way too small, no space to put my suitcase. Room was way too hot so couldn’t sleep for the 2nights I stayed at this hotel! For price they asking the least you would expect is AC. Would not recommend and definitely will not be back!
