Lovely place for a family dinner or drinks. Very welcoming professional staff and live music the night we visited. Can be busy with weddings at weekends. Great choice of vegan options. Child friendly and the bar is dog friendly.

Wouldn’t say it was an entirely bad experience as the front desk staff was so friendly. Major downside was the low water pressure in the shower which got cut off in the middle of shower. We stayed on the highest floor and asked if we could be moved to a lower level due to the low water pressure. We were told that all family rooms were taken. Our room was quite small and there was completely no space for us to put our suitcases. It was an absolute torture lifting a large suitcase up and down the stairs as there was no lift. I am pretty sure this is a minor issue for those who travel light.
