This is a very clean , functional, minimalist hotel. No frills. Great breakfast. Great location if you are attending a function at the O2.The staff are very helpful. The work they do for children in Guatemala is very commendable.

This hotel has fast become our favourite place to stay when in London. All the staff seem happy in their work and do everything with a smile - nothing is ever too much trouble. They are all a credit to the company’s training ethos. The rooms are small but that is definitely not a problem as they are more than adequate. Both times we’ve stayed here, we’ve booked a room with a water view so we were overlooking the dock and cable car. The food menu is not extensive but the choice is very good and really tasty. And the roof top bar is a great place for morning coffee and evening drinks when weather permits. We parked the car at the Excel and walked 5 minutes to the hotel from there. It’s a convenient place to park and leave the car where it is for the whole stay. It’s about average price per day for London. We undoubtedly will be back here when next staying in London! Oh and the Guatemalan worry dolls are a lovely touch in the rooms!

All staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay, very friendly and polite, special thank you to Paul. We loved the location with beautiful water views and located near the underground and cable car service. The room was cozy and perfect for a couple. It was also really heartwarming to know that paying for a night here would mean you are also supporting children in receiving education.

Quiet and charming location, easy access to the tube and lots of local amenities. Staff were excellent, very helpful and kind. Breakfast wasn't amazing but good for the price. We had a slight issue with the bill after being told breakfast was included initially, only to find out it wasn't. But we'd arrived expecting to have to pay extra for that anyway. Rooms are small but have all the essentials and riverside gets you fantastic views.
