Amazing hotel and great value for money. Beds are so comfortable and the rooms are full of hidden detail. Loved the fact that each room was named after a person and you could learn about them in the booklet in your room and the worry dolls were the such a cute idea. The roof terrace is lovely in the morning to take your coffee up to. Highly recommend, comfy clean rooms and helpful staff at a reasonable cost.

We found this little gem at the last minute when our Airbnb turned out to be awful. We booked immediately and were greeted with open arms. What amazing and friendly staff! They explained before we got there that the rooms were small. We were okay with that even though we weren't sure what to expect. When we got there, we were extremely happy and impressed with the room. It was set up really well for being as small as it was. The location was perfect for us. The goldola was right next door so we rode that. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. We really enjoyed staying here and plan on doing so again when we return to London.

Decent hotel, clean room, nice dock side view, you have to pay £18 more for this, very close to the cable car to The O2. Very enjoyable cooked breakfast and bean to cup coffee. Friendly staff, should rename it The Very Good Hotel. Well done

Very clean hotel. Room is a bit small and lighting fixtures, rather inexpensive. Beds are a bit hard, but with the wonderful service and the extra duvet supplied by staff, bed became quite comfortable. No exercise room. Good breakfast in the morning. Reasonably priced. Excellent water views! Well worth a second trip. 3.75 stars.

Thos is quite a unique hotel. Clean , original and fresh. Fairly Good customer service with real human beings. Thin walls. No wonder earplugs are provided. Only downside which makes me question if I would is the fact that a £30.00 holding payment was taken from my debit card. Apparently was for any food or drink I may have whilst there. Didn't have any but after 3 days my payment is still pending. This worries me. Not many people can afford to have unspent money not available floating. Update..just rang .they say they've cancelled the £30 .surely this should've been done on check out. ???
