July 2024The best thing about this hotel is that you are on the boat, but otherwise, it needs to be refurbishment to the new standard and new interior design. It's feeling like I am visiting my parents' bedroom due to old furniture and old decorating of the rooms. Despite all this it's a great experience to stay here and staff really helpful and friendly. Also location is good if you need to stay in east London

August 2024We loved staying here. Enjoyed watching the planes take off and landing at LCA. Reception staff was professional and friendly. Lovely room (executive riverside view) which was clean and had all the amenities. Breakfast options were amazing. Highly recommend staying.

July 2024I booked this as a surprise for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loved it. We had such a lovely stay. Room was lovely, bar was great, breakfast was fab! Perfect for a night away and something a bit different.

August 2024Beautiful on the inside, excellent service, very good evening food, lovely bedrooms, overall a great experience. Location for London is great, nicely developed area, a few things nearby, though you still get regular aircrafts overhead for city airport (which is quite nice if you like airplane spotting) and ultimate it's a yacht in a city with skyscraper views rather than oceans views. Very novel.

July 2024This was a real treat for us being child free for a night. It's a bit like having the taste of being on a cruise without being on a cruise. It's a tad more expensive than other 4-star hotels we've stayed in, and the room seemed a little dated, but it is a yacht in a great location and it didn't stop our enjoyment. We stayed on a Friday and there was no event on at either the Excel or the O2, and it was really peaceful. We had lovely walks along the quayside, across the cable cars to the O2, it was lovely.
