Cancellation policy
If the Event is cancelled the deposit paid is non-refundable, and if you decide to reschedule more than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, then your Event deposit can be applied toward a future Event date within six (6) months of the originally scheduled date. Any deposit not used within six (6) months of the original Event date will be forfeited by Client and retained by TOCA Social. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event the Client is responsible for the contracted Event Agreement amount and any applicable catering minimums that the client has booked for

June 2024⚽⚽ 💥 interactive football in Birmingham! This was cool. We had fun at Toca Social this week. Our son is football crazy so couldn't wait to visit Toca Social. A fun concept with a variety of games. We will be back again and will check out the food for review as we only had drinks and gameplay this time. Staff were incredibly helpful and very approachable. June 2024Came here during the opening week and got 50% off the price of games. To be honest I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING AGAIN! IT WAS SOO FUN 💯. The place is super cool and lively, perfect for hanging out with friends or even a fun date with someone 💕. One thing to note is that they may not have the shoes to rent yet, as when I came they unfortunately didn't have them. You don't have to use them but it would have been interesting to see if they make a difference 👟. The interactive football games were so much fun, even if you're not really into football ⚽. The staff were super friendly and made sure we were all having a great time it was very well explained and we have our full amount of game time (about 30-40mins). We had the food and drinks and they were quite flavourful and they do make a nice snack, portions are somewhat small but they do fill you up🫃🏽. Would recommend getting about 3 plates or more for sharing. Service was a quite slow but again it was their opening week so I can forgive this. We did have an unfortunate issue when paying for our session as I had unfortunately paid for some else's, which was less then I should have paid so I got charged twice. The manager did sort this out quickly and did apologise. When I visit again, I'll definitely be leaving an updated review! Overall if you're looking for a fun night out, Toca Social is definitely worth a visit! 💯💯💯 Side note: I did not tell the staff I will be leaving my review, and this review is my honest thoughts. June 2024I had a blast at Toca Social in Birmingham this Monday with MMB! The place was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The only thing I’d say is that the games could be a bit longer—I was just getting into the groove when they ended! Also, the platter was tasty, but it would’ve been nice if it mentioned it was finger food. Still, the quality was top-notch. All in all, it was a fantastic evening, and I’m definitely planning to go back. Highly recommend!

June 2024I visited TOCA on the opening day with my models as a teambuilding social and we had such an awesome experience! Such a fun, healthy way to socialise whilst having some tasty finger food and delicious cocktails! The gaming experience was so cool and those balls fly... So don't be ashamed to play at beginner level! The staff were 10/10 and couldn't be more welcoming and helpful and the venue decor was so cool 😎..I love that it's located in the Bullring and you can access the building via a lift and from the street or the bullring. Overall we had a great girls night out and we will definitely be back! Birmingham needed TOCA... we love it 💞

June 2024Great addition to Birmingham as the game was very fun! Confusing entry as it seems like you could enter from the street but that entryway doesn’t work (I watched people leave because of the confusion), luckily friends were already in the venue who directed me to the entry on the overpass between the bullring and station. Very easy set-up and welcoming host who explained everything, can opt to borrow football trainers (?) for £2 btw they’re neon green… Nice and decently priced drinks - £5 margaritas on Tuesdays and £5 tacos which we opted for due to the deal… not worth it food wise as there was zero seasoning (not even salt) no sauce just unflavoured oil and it was overcooked. Similar was said about the sliders. Please add a drizzle of sauce or upsell as optional Overall, would go again for the game and incredibly friendly bar service but food and floor service need some practice! Also very funky decor, not sure on the array of mix n match colours but very fun aesthetic
