Cancellation policy
If the Event is cancelled the deposit paid is non-refundable, and if you decide to reschedule more than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, then your Event deposit can be applied toward a future Event date within six (6) months of the originally scheduled date. Any deposit not used within six (6) months of the original Event date will be forfeited by Client and retained by TOCA Social. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event the Client is responsible for the contracted Event Agreement amount and any applicable catering minimums that the client has booked for

March 2025Our recent visit, Sunday 16 February to TOCA Birmingham for a children's birthday party yielded a mixed review. The venue itself presents a modern, technologically driven environment, appealing to both children and adults. The interactive gaming experience was generally well-received by the children in attendance. However, the location's accessibility presented challenges. One of the building's lifts was out of service, causing congestion. Furthermore, the directional signage from the Bullring and New Street areas was inadequate, leading to difficulties in locating the venue. The quality and value of the children's food were also areas of concern. The vegan burgers provided for the children were notably small, and the children's desserts were served frozen, impacting their palatability. Staff engagement was adequate for managing the event's logistics, but lacked a personalized touch. While efficient, the staff did not actively contribute to the celebratory atmosphere of the birthday party. In summary, TOCA Birmingham offers a unique entertainment experience, but improvements in accessibility, food quality, and staff interaction are necessary to enhance the overall customer experience. We plan to revisit the venue, but these areas require attention.

March 2025Been a few times now and always had a good time! Food was really good also and the service was great. Special mention to Rachel as she looked after us so well, nothing was an issue and made sure we had the best time!

March 2025We had our first visit to TOCA Social on Saturday and WOW what can I say? The atmosphere was amazing, the whole setup and the games were second to none and really enjoyable then to top it off we had great food, drink and service I cannot recommend it highly enough! The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves as did us adults and then when we thought it couldn’t get any better we had Rachel serving us and nothing was too much trouble! Best place we have been to in years! I would give this 100 stars if I could!! Well done and will definitely be returning ⚽️👍

February 2025Visited with my kid to have a go in a game box. Was a lot more fun than I expected. It was also a lot more exercise than I anticipated! Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the seating area is great for having a sit down and a drink after exerting yourself. Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat here. Main thing is we enjoyed ourselves.
