Your personal service begins from your very first enquiry. Your very own dedicated and experienced wedding planner will be on hand throughout to ensure that the whole day runs smoothly. From the big picture to the special finishing touches, everything will be taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your special day.
With exclusive use of the venue, your wedding will be the only one at Sandburn Hall on the day. Our brilliant, friendly and professional team’s sole goal is to make sure that you are happy with everything.
The oak-framed Grand Function Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies and offers outstanding views of the fountain, beautiful lakes and across the golf course. The Hall is perfect for large celebrations with the capacity for 80 to 150 for your wedding breakfast and 200 for the evening’ festivities. For smaller, more intimate events, the Sanderson Room can accommodate 30 to 60 day guests and 80 for the evening.
Our fantastic Head Chef will work with you to create your ideal wedding breakfast menu. You will also be invited to visit the Tyke restaurant for a menu tasting prior to the big day.
*New for summer 2017 – Sandburn Hall’s blooming White Rose Garden under the folly is a beautiful location for your ceremony. Surrounded by the tranquil garden, the romantic setting is perfect in the summer sunshine.

The room was just beautiful. Ambient. Restaurant not too far from hotel. Just a short walk. Good for weddings. Our new favourite spot. We'll be back. 😎

October 2024This didn’t feel like a hotel, it had such a personal feel to it. We felt like the only people who mattered every time we were served or came into contact with a member of staff. The room was excellent as was the food in the evening and in the morning. Overall a lovely place to stay and there was nothing about our visit that would stop us going back. Thank you.

November 2024We stayed at Sandburn Hall for my birthday recently. From the second we walked in staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. Felt so comfortable the whole time, each member of staff made sure we knew where we were going/had everything we needed. Best customer service I have received in a long time at this hotel. Rooms were lovely and clean and very spacious. The hotel grounds are stunning and we had a lovely meal at the tykes restaurant and again in the morning we had the breakfast at tykes which was lovely lots of choice and staff were again really helpful and welcoming. Already recommended this hotel to my friends and cannot wait to come back myself!
