Your personal service begins from your very first enquiry. Your very own dedicated and experienced wedding planner will be on hand throughout to ensure that the whole day runs smoothly. From the big picture to the special finishing touches, everything will be taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your special day.
With exclusive use of the venue, your wedding will be the only one at Sandburn Hall on the day. Our brilliant, friendly and professional team’s sole goal is to make sure that you are happy with everything.
The oak-framed Grand Function Hall is licensed for civil ceremonies and offers outstanding views of the fountain, beautiful lakes and across the golf course. The Hall is perfect for large celebrations with the capacity for 80 to 150 for your wedding breakfast and 200 for the evening’ festivities. For smaller, more intimate events, the Sanderson Room can accommodate 30 to 60 day guests and 80 for the evening.
Our fantastic Head Chef will work with you to create your ideal wedding breakfast menu. You will also be invited to visit the Tyke restaurant for a menu tasting prior to the big day.
*New for summer 2017 – Sandburn Hall’s blooming White Rose Garden under the folly is a beautiful location for your ceremony. Surrounded by the tranquil garden, the romantic setting is perfect in the summer sunshine.

Beautiful location. Visited the restaurant, food was so delicious and so tasty. Well worth the money. Service was very slow but for them to apologise for the delay was appreciated. Thanks for the birthday treat 😁. I would recommend here, food is amazing

We were married at Sandburn Hall recently. From the first dealings we had, through until after the wedding, we found every interaction with all the staff to be enjoyable - professional, personal and any communications were responded to quickly, especially Louise, our wedding planner who was absolutely exceptional. On the day, the staff managed the perfect balance between being 'present' but discreet. Then there's the superb food and the grounds which offer not only a beautiful setting for a wedding, but so many superb spots for photographs. Also, several guests stayed at the hotel, and everyone was impressed with the rooms and the staff at the hotel.

We got married at Sandburn Hall in April and it was the perfect day. From our initial visit we knew it was right venue for us. Our emails were always answered quickly and we had great communication from the team throughout the planning stage. Our coordinator, Tara, was very friendly and organised and answered all our questions leading up to the big day. The food was delicious and the team were able to cater for a variety of dietary requirements. All of the staff working on the day were absolutely brilliant, always nearby if needed but never intrusive. So many of our guests have commented on what a lovely day it was.
